At LinkLens Labs, we strive to provide high-quality WordPress plugins and tools that deliver real value to your website and business. Because our products are digital and instantly downloadable, our refund guidelines are different from physical goods.
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be granted.
1. Digital Products Are Non-Returnable
All LinkLens Labs products are non-tangible digital items that cannot be “returned.”
When a purchase is completed, you immediately receive:
- A downloadable product
- Access to plugin updates
- A license key
- The ability to activate the plugin on your site
For this reason, we cannot provide refunds simply because:
- You changed your mind
- The product was purchased by mistake
- You decided you no longer need it
- You assumed it included features not stated on the product page
- You cannot or do not wish to install it
2. When We Do Offer Refunds
We may issue a refund within 14 days of purchase if one of the following conditions is met:
2.1 The product does not function as described
If the plugin fails to perform as advertised and:
- You have contacted support
- You provide details/logs so we can diagnose the issue
- We are unable to resolve the problem
Then a refund may be approved.
2.2 The product is incompatible due to our fault
If the plugin is confirmed to be incompatible with:
- A standard WordPress installation
- The minimum version of PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, or required dependencies
and we are unable to fix this, we may issue a refund.
2.3 Duplicate purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate order.
2.4 Non-delivery
If a technical issue prevents:
- Delivery of the download
- Receipt of your license key
- Access to your order
And we cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be granted.
3. Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
A refund will not be issued in the following cases:
- You purchased the product expecting features not listed on the product page
- Your site is hosted on a server that does not meet the minimum technical requirements
- Conflicts with third-party themes or plugins (unless the conflict is fixable by us and we fail to do so)
- You refuse to work with support to troubleshoot issues
- You purchased the product more than 14 days ago
- Failure due to custom code modifications or unsupported environments
- Licensing misuse, sharing, or exceeding activation limits
4. Subscriptions (If Enabled in Future)
If we offer subscription-based products later, the following applies:
- Refunds are not given for renewal payments
- You are responsible for canceling before the renewal date
- Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not offered
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email:
Include:
- Your name
- Order number
- The email used at checkout
- A description of the issue
- Any screenshots or logs that may help
We respond within 48 hours on business days.
6. Chargebacks
Filing an unauthorized chargeback immediately:
- Terminates your license
- Revokes access to product downloads and updates
- May limit future purchases from LinkLens Labs
We encourage you to contact support first — almost all issues can be resolved quickly.
